Founded by Raghavendra, a certified and highly skilled yoga therapist and master instructor, Swadhyaya Yoga Institute blends classical yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic science. Raghavendra- Founder & Lead Instructor

With over two decades of experience and a passion for therapeutic healing, Raghavendra is the heart behind Swadhyaya Yoga Institute. His approach to yoga is deeply rooted in ancient wisdom and backed by scientific understanding. Having trained under esteemed mentors like Dr. Loren Fishman and certified by Yoga Alliance and SVYASA, Bengaluru, Raghavendra brings both expertise and compassion to every session.

Raghavendra specializes in medical yoga therapy, offering targeted relief for musculoskeletal issues such as back pain, knee discomfort, and joint stiffness. His programs are carefully designed to restore balance and mobility while also enhancing emotional resilience and self-confidence. As a certified instructor in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Aerial Yoga, and Yoga Trapeze, he integrates modern techniques with classical yogic principles.

In addition to traditional yoga, Raghavendra is a certified Soma Breath instructor and trained Pranic Healer, offering a truly holistic approach to wellness. His mission is to guide each individual on a transformative journey—nurturing the body, calming the mind, and uplifting the spirit through self-study and conscious movement. Whether you’re a beginner or seeking therapeutic healing, his teachings open the door to lasting well-being.

Timings: as per appointment Pricing: INR 1000/- for a one-time consultation. INR 25,000/- for 12 sessions (consultation fees are adjusted once enrolled.)

Group Classes

Join our energizing group sessions and practice in a supportive community environment. We offer Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga with props—suitable for all levels. Timings: 7:00-8:00 AM / 8:00-9:00 AM conducted 3 days per week Mon-Fri Pricing: INR 6000/- for 12 sessions (includes one complementary aerial flow or sound healing practice)

Aerial Yoga

Defy gravity and deepen your stretches with our guided Aerial Yoga sessions. A fun, strength-building practice that enhances flexibility, alignment, and balance. Timings: 8:00-9:00 AM / 9:00-10:00 AM Saturday-Sunday Pricing: starts at INR 1500/- for each personal session and INR 5300/- for monthly five group sessions.

Pre-natal & Post-natal Yoga

Gentle, nurturing yoga designed for mothers at every stage of their journey. These classes support physical comfort, emotional well-being, and postpartum recovery. Timings: as per appointment Pricing: INR 12,000/- for 12 sessions

Sound Healing

Immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of sound therapy using singing bowls, gongs, and guided meditation. Ideal for stress relief, inner healing, and mental clarity. Timings: as per appointment Pricing: INR 3500/- for each personal session

Training Certification

Deepen your yoga practice and step confidently into the role of a teacher. Combined online and offline classes. Qualifications: 10th Pass or 10+2 Duration: 300 Hours over 3 months Timings: 3 days on weekdays, or on weekends Pricing: INR 25,000/-
